BEICK has worked in mechanical engineering and metalworking since 1980. A workshop with conventional lathes and milling machines gradually developed into a business for CNC manufacturing, special-purpose engineering and service work on industrial plant.
Practical experience, direct technical communication and work on real components and machines still shape our company today.

Our history is not a sequence of abrupt changes but a continuous development. New machines and tasks were added while the close connection with practical manufacturing was retained.

1980 – the beginning with conventional machining.
After the father of the present proprietor returned to Germany from Canada, he founded the business in 1980. Production began with conventional lathes and milling machines.
The foundations of the company were established in this workshop: understanding components, planning machining steps in practice and solving technical tasks directly at the machine. The present proprietor worked in the business from a young age and learned its processes from the ground up.

2010 – succession built on an established CNC base.
The present proprietor took over the business in 2010. Several CNC machines were already in use at that time, combining experience in conventional machining and CNC production.
The established manufacturing operation continued and was developed step by step. Individual parts, spare parts and recurring production tasks remained important elements of the daily work.

From contract manufacturing to special-purpose engineering.
Following the succession, the business gradually developed beyond traditional contract manufacturing. Complete assemblies, adaptations and individual special designs became increasingly important alongside the machining of individual components.
At the same time, services for the paper industry were adapted to the practical requirements of existing plant. Manufacturing assignments increasingly became projects combining design, remanufacture, installation and work directly on machinery.

Today: design, repair and maintenance.
Design engineering as well as repair and maintenance work are now among our central activities. We combine CAD planning with manufacturing and practical work on machines and assemblies.

- Inspect and overhaul machines and assemblies
- Carry out maintenance work and agreed service assignments
