Floor-preparation machine for suitable adhesive residue on screed

Parquet adhesive · carpet adhesive · levelling compound · coatings

Remove adhesive residue from screed.

Adhesive, levelling compound or coating residue often remains after floor-covering removal. BEICK rents the ROLL RO-300 floor-preparation machine for suitable mineral subfloors in Düsseldorf.

  • Work on residue after parquet or carpet removal
  • Expose the subfloor for further assessment
  • Select tooling for residue and screed
  • Use suitable dust extraction

No universal tooling for every adhesive

Grind, mill or assess first?

Thermoplastic, hard and cementitious residue behaves differently. Incorrect tooling may smear, clog or damage screed. Residue, subfloor strength and the required result must be assessed before tool selection. See the ROLL RO-300 rental page.

Check for hazardous substances before grinding

Do not process old adhesives without assessment.

Older adhesives, levelling compounds and coverings may contain hazardous materials. Suspect materials must be tested before mechanical removal. BEICK does not perform hazardous-material analysis.
