RO-4 parquet saw and RO-2 stripper for bonded parquet

Parquet saw and floor stripper as a coordinated workflow

Rent machines for removing bonded parquet.

Depending on the floor build-up, bonded parquet can be removed more controllably by cutting it into suitable sections before lifting it at a shallow angle. BEICK rents the ROLL RO-4 parquet saw and ROLL-STRIPPER RO-2 in Düsseldorf.

  • RO-4 for pre-cutting suitable parquet floors
  • RO-2 for lifting the prepared sections
  • Tooling selected for parquet, adhesive and screed
  • Access, power and extraction clarified in advance

Pre-cut with RO-4 · lift with RO-2

Remove parquet in two coordinated stages.

  1. Identify parquet type, installation and approximate area
  2. Confirm the floor build-up, services and underfloor heating
  3. Set RO-4 cutting depth only for the verified build-up
  4. Lift sections with suitable RO-2 tooling
  5. Assess adhesive residue and subfloor separately afterwards

See the ROLL RO-4 and ROLL-STRIPPER RO-2. Not every floor requires both machines.

Hazardous materials · underfloor heating · screed condition

Checks required before removal.

Older floor coverings, adhesives or levelling compounds may contain hazardous substances. Suspect materials must be professionally assessed before mechanical work. Cutting or grinding must not begin without reliable knowledge of the floor build-up.
