CNC turning on the Okuma LB25.
We use the Okuma LB25 for rotationally symmetrical components. Production follows drawings, CAD data or an existing sample, particularly where small quantities, unusual geometries or rapid spare-parts supply are required.

CNC milling for precise contours and functional surfaces.
On POS milling machines we produce prismatic components, plates, brackets, adapters and fixture parts. Machining is planned around the component geometry and a safe, economical workholding arrangement.

Machining centers for coordinated production sequences.
POS machining centers support structured machining with prepared tools and clearly defined operations. This is particularly useful when several features are produced in one coordinated set-up or small batches must be manufactured repeatably.

Welding for components and assemblies.
BEICK uses professional EWM welding equipment. Components are prepared, aligned and securely fixed; the process, weld execution and finishing are matched to material, design and intended use.
- Welding of individual parts, brackets, frames and assemblies
- Setting up and tack welding to drawings or agreed installation conditions
- Mechanical finishing of connection and functional surfaces
- Combination with turning, milling, drilling and assembly
The inspection scope and visible weld requirements are agreed before the order is placed. Certified special requirements form part of the work only when expressly confirmed.

BAMBU LAB H2C · H1E · ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
3D printing for samples, aids and small batches.
With Bambu Lab H2C and H1E, BEICK extends contract manufacturing with 3D printing. Depending on the task, the process is suitable for functional samples, assembly aids, fixtures, housings, adapters and small quantities.
- Review of supplied 3D data before manufacturing
- Agreement of component orientation, operating conditions and finishing
- Rapid physical samples for installation and handling checks
- Combination with design, metalworking and assembly by agreement
We assess whether 3D printing is technically appropriate and which execution suits the specific component. Material and quality characteristics are defined for each order.

From data set to a traceably inspected component.
- Review the inquiry: you provide a drawing, CAD data or sample together with quantity, material, deadline and special requirements.
- Agree the manufacturing route: we assess geometry, tolerances, material availability, workholding and suitable operations.
- Prepare production: tools, programs, fixtures and inspection features are defined for the order.
- Manufacture components: machining follows the agreed process; visible deviations are clarified before unnecessary further work.
- Inspect and hand over: agreed dimensions and features are checked. Additional inspection or photographic documentation can be provided by agreement.
Quality starts with unambiguous specifications
Functional dimensions, fits, surfaces, datums and special inspection features should be clearly identified in the drawing or inquiry. This allows effort, manufacturing route and inspection to be planned realistically.
