High-quality 3D-printed parts for industrial use.

Technical spare parts when standard components no longer help

3D printing for maintenance and spare parts in North Rhine-Westphalia.

A broken bracket, unavailable cover or modified polymer component can keep a machine out of service unnecessarily. BEICK supports maintenance teams, workshops and production companies across North Rhine-Westphalia with the technical reproduction of suitable polymer parts using FDM 3D printing.

  • Brackets, guides, knobs and adapters
  • Protective covers and simple housing components
  • Cable and hose guides
  • Assembly aids and workpiece-specific holders
  • Small spare-part batches for internal stock

Sample · Drawing · Photo · CAD data

Reproduction with or without existing CAD data.

If usable data exists, we review geometry, wall thickness, tolerances and print orientation. If only a sample is available, dimensions, mating surfaces and the actual function must first be captured. Damaged or worn areas must not be copied without review.

Reproduction is not an automatic copy. Material, part orientation and design adjustments can determine whether the new component performs in service.

Installation · Loads · Quantity

Information needed for a reliable review.

  • Photos of the component and installation situation
  • available STEP, STL or 3MF data and drawings
  • important dimensions, fits and mounting points
  • known loads and ambient temperatures
  • contact with oil, cleaning agents, UV light or moisture
  • required quantity and requested date

The more complete the information, the faster we can assess whether manufacturing is technically and economically sensible.

Approval · Documentation · Finishing

From a one-off part to a repeatable spare-part batch.

Following technical coordination, the required part or an initial test sample is manufactured. Fit and function can then be assessed in the real installation. Necessary changes are incorporated into the data.

Approved data and manufacturing parameters can be reused for recurring needs. Drilling, threads, threaded inserts and other finishing steps can be included as agreed.
