FDM production in Düsseldorf · Delivery and project support throughout NRW
Industrial 3D printing for companies in North Rhine-Westphalia.
BEICK manufactures technical polymer components for companies in Düsseldorf and throughout North Rhine-Westphalia. We support functional parts, spare parts, fixtures, prototypes and small batches, from data review to the agreed component.
- Technical one-off parts and small batches without tooling costs
- Review of STEP, STL, drawing and sample data
- Material selection for load, temperature and operating environment
- Personal coordination from Düsseldorf and delivery throughout NRW
Whether your project is based in the Rhineland, the Ruhr region or elsewhere in North Rhine-Westphalia, technical suitability matters more than distance.
Typical FDM 3D-printing applications
Functional parts, spare parts and fixtures for industry and skilled trades.
FDM is particularly useful when a component is customised, needed quickly or required only in a low quantity.
- Brackets, adapters, covers and technical housings
- Assembly aids, inspection gauges and fixtures
- Unavailable or modified spare parts
- Functional prototypes for fit, form and practical testing
- Repeatable small batches using agreed production parameters
For more detail, see our pages on 3D-printed prototypes and fixtures and 3D-printed spare parts and small batches.

Manufactured reliably for NRW from Düsseldorf.
- Enquiry: Send CAD data, a drawing, sketch or existing sample together with quantity and intended use.
- Data review: We assess geometry, wall thicknesses, load direction, tolerances and finishing.
- Coordination: Material, surface, colour and critical dimensions are agreed.
- Manufacturing: The component is produced in Düsseldorf using suitable parameters.
- Handover: Collection by agreement or delivery to your NRW location.
Our facility is in Düsseldorf. We support projects in Cologne, Neuss, Ratingen, Krefeld, Mönchengladbach and the Ruhr region without suggesting that we operate branches there.
Inquire about a projectTechnical limits are clarified before quotation
FDM is not automatically suitable for every component.
Very tight tolerances, continuous high temperatures, safety-critical functions, special approvals or high quantities may require a different manufacturing process. Layer direction, surface and material also affect the final load capacity.
BEICK combines design, 3D printing and conventional manufacturing. We recommend FDM only when it suits the function, environment and quantity. See our full overview of industrial FDM 3D printing.
