For rotationally symmetrical components, BEICK manufactures on the Okuma LB25 from drawings, CAD data or samples. This is particularly suitable for repair parts, prototypes and recurring small batches.

- Shoulders, grooves, bores and internal or external geometries to specification
- Individual parts, shafts, bushes, adapters and technical spares
- Agree material, tolerances and inspection characteristics in advance

A few functional dimensions often determine whether a turned part can be used. We therefore agree datums, tolerances, material and relevant surfaces before production starts.

- Clearly identify critical dimensions and fits
- Name batch size and repeat requirement early
- Coordinate finishing or combined milling where required
