From the drawing to a practical sequence of operations.

A complete drawing or clean CAD data speeds up quotation. Before manufacturing, we review datums, tolerances, machining allowances and access to important surfaces.

For sample parts, wear, breakage and potentially missing nominal dimensions must be considered. The existing component is therefore not copied without review.

MECHANICAL MACHINING FROM ONE SOURCE

Turning, milling and supplementary workshop operations.

Rotational features are machined on the Okuma LB25. POS milling machines and machining centres are available for prismatic contours, plates, brackets and adapters. Drilling, threading, deburring, fitting and selected welding operations supplement production.

This allows a coordinated route without requiring a different contact for every operation.

TOLERANCES · FITS · SURFACES

Define functional dimensions and inspection in advance.

Not every dimension is equally critical. Fits, datum surfaces, threads, finishes and installation conditions should be identified before quotation.
